SHOREWEST REALTORS – DANIELLE M. MAZZA – Real Estate is deemed an essential business and therefore I am working with both Buyers and Sellers in a slightly different capacity during COVID-19. BUYERS: I offer virtual tours where I personally go out to a property that’s for sale on a Buyer’s behalf and live stream a home tour so that you may view this live tour from the comfort of your own home. However, for those Buyers that want to walk through the actual property we can do that as well as the necessary precautionary measures are taken with the use of face coverings, protective gloves and the use of sanitizers for safe practices. Offers to purchase maybe electronically signed and discussed via phone call. SELLERS:First, I schedule a phone conversation to discuss your home selling needs and gather initial information. Secondly, I schedule a tour of your home and discuss the safe protocols that may be used for when the property gets listed as well as various options. I will arrive with face covering, protective gloves and use of sanitizers. I will discuss the current housing market in general and as it relates to COVID-19. Please e-mail me with further questions at email@example.com or call/text me at 262.893.4255. Stay well, stay healthy and stay positive as we are in this together!
