COURSE AGENDA
8:00 am – 8:30 – Registration and Breakfast
8:30 am – 11:30 am – Leadership Excellence, Brand Experience, and Employee Engagement – Participants will understand and be able to explain Disney’s approach to business excellence through a lens of leadership and employee engagement with key concepts around values, vision, and the organization and how they correlate with delivering on the brand promise through a culture of desired behaviors that can
impact the organization’s results. (program will include a 15 minute break)
11:45 am – 1:00 pm – Lunch
1:15 pm – 4:00 pm – Quality Service and Innovation – Participants will be able to understand
how to achieve exceptional service by strategically focusing on systems and processes intentionally architected for a great customer experience. Participants will also recognize the intersection of personal creativity
and innovative organizational processes.
