As the CEO of Waukesha Metal Products, Jeff has celebrated the highs and weathered the lows in the manufacturing industry. He approaches each day with an enthusiasm that can only be described as contagious.
Jeff joined Waukesha Tool & Stamping in 2001 as the Chief Operations Officer. After leading the management buyout in 2005, he became the President and CEO of Waukesha Metal Products with the goal of transforming the organization into an international full service metal stamping and fabrication partner.
With a clear vision for the future, Jeff led the acquisitions of Parkview Metal Products in Lake Zurich, IL in 2009 and Revstone Fabrication in San Luis Potosi, Mexico in 2014. Under his leadership, Waukesha Metal Products has been named one of Milwaukee Business Journal’s Fastest Growing Firms, Milwaukee’s Future 50 Fastest Growing Companies, Inc. 5000 America’s Fastest Growing Private Companies, and Wisconsin Manufacturer of the Year.
Jeff always has one eye on the future and one finger on the pulse of the industry. His hard work and dedication to the continued success of manufacturing in the United States are apparent through his advocacy and workforce development initiatives. He works with local, state and federal partners to provide work-based learning opportunities in our schools.
He recently served as chairperson of the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce’s Council of Small Business Executives and the Waukesha County Business Alliance Manufacturing Executive Council. He serves as a trustee for the Precision Metal-forming Association Education Foundation and is a member of the Wisconsin Apprenticeship Consortium. Jeff also serves on the advisory board of directors for Sussex Machine Company, M3 Insurance Solutions, Inc., the Wisconsin Center for Manufacturing and Productivity, the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce, and GPS Education Partners. Whether he is leading a school tour through the plant or participating in a board meeting, Jeff demonstrates passion for manufacturing.
